Payment:
We accept payment via Google Checkout (preferred), or Paypal. Item(s) will ship within 24 hours after cashier's check or money order is received, or for Frontier products, within 48 hours of order date. Payment must be cleared through Google and Paypal before shipping.
Frontier Products:
If you have a special request for any Frontier Herb product (frontiercoop.com) and dont see it on my site. Send me an email, I can special order anything you don't see on my site for less than retail. All items in the Frontier catagory are ordered bi-monthly, on the 1st (except on weekends will be the following Monday) and the 15th (except on weekends will be the following Monday). Payment for orders must be recieved/cleared before order date. Your order will be placed on the next order date if payment is not recieved/cleared prior to order date (this includes Paypal and Google). For example, you place your order on the 14th and send payment via cashier's check or money order. Your order will fall on the following order date which would be the following 1st day of the month. Due to the nature of goods, and to ensure maximum freshness, I ship items as soon as possible. This keeps your order from sitting in a warehouse for days or weeks.
Returns:
Unfortunately, for health purposes we cannot accept returns on any type of food item. All sales of any type of food item are final.
